Job Summary
The Marketing & Client Acquisition Manager owns all marketing efforts for Peppers while serving as a key point of contact for prospective clients. This role combines strategic marketing leadership with consultative sales, driving brand awareness and qualified leads while building trust with high-net-worth individuals exploring our services.
This position fully manages Peppers' marketing presence across digital channels, content creation, and client communications while conducting discovery calls that guide potential clients from initial inquiry to signed agreement. The role requires a unique blend of creative marketing expertise, relationship-building skills, and deep understanding of luxury service expectations.
This position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer.
Hours: 25 hours per week with flexible scheduling. Availability for occasional meetings outside standard business hours based on prospective client schedules.
Compensation: $40 per hour (non-exempt).
Location: Greater Seattle. Based in the Seattle area with flexibility to travel within the region.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Ownership
- Create and publish two social media posts per week across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Google My Business.
- Write and publish one blog post and one LinkedIn article per month.
- Develop and send one mailing list newsletter per month and one client newsletter quarterly.
- Monitor Slack channels actively to identify trends, PA success stories, and content opportunities for marketing materials.
- Coordinate on-site visits with PAs to capture photos and videos for marketing use.
- Execute monthly ad hoc marketing projects to refresh existing materials and develop new collateral.
- Manage minor website updates and content changes in collaboration with website & SEO contractor.
- Manage website & SEO contractor relationship, coordinating optimization efforts and website updates.
- Oversee graphic design work internally or coordinate with external contractors.
- Generate monthly marketing performance reports with comprehensive KPI analysis and present to leadership team.
- Track and report on all marketing and sales KPIs to the leadership team on a monthly basis.
Client Acquisition
- Conduct discovery calls with prospective clients to understand their needs, explain Peppers' services, and recommend suitable support options.
- Represent Peppers' values of ease, trust, and dependability in every interaction with potential clients.
- Guide prospective clients through the decision-making process with expertise that helps them make informed choices.
- Manage follow-up communication and lead progress through HubSpot until closed.
- Accurately record all notes, activity, and client information in HubSpot to ensure smooth transitions.

Experience
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 3+ years in marketing roles with demonstrated success in content creation, social media management, and lead generation.
- 2+ years working with high-net-worth clients, luxury brands, or high-touch service industries.
- Proven ability to manage both strategic marketing initiatives and tactical execution.
- Experience conducting client discovery calls or consultative sales conversations.
- HubSpot proficiency required.
- Experience leveraging AI tools for marketing content creation, optimization, and efficiency.
- EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) experience a plus but not required.
Education
- No formal degree required; success is defined by skills, performance, and alignment with Peppers' values.
Skills & Attributes
- Exceptional written and verbal communication with ability to adapt tone for different audiences and channels.
- Knowledge of AI marketing tools and applications for content creation, personalization, and campaign optimization.
- Graphic design skills or experience managing design contractors.
- Comfortable with website content management systems and basic updates.
- Experience managing external contractors and vendor relationships.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple ongoing projects and deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with experience tracking and reporting on marketing KPIs.
- Quick learner who can independently gain proficiency in new tools and platforms.
- Creative problem-solver who sees opportunities in client stories and business trends.
- Confidence in discussing pricing and services with prospective clients.
Physical Abilities
- Local travel to client homes, PA work sites, and occasional meetings required.
- Comfortable with extended periods of technology use and varied work environments.
