Job Summary:
Client is seeking a Communications & Engagement Manager to support the North America Transformation Office. This role focuses on executing internal communications, storytelling, and event coordination initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality content, supporting leadership communications, and ensuring alignment and engagement across the organization during transformation initiatives. This role requires strong writing skills, presentation expertise, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and edit internal communications including newsletters, intranet articles (SharePoint), FAQs, video scripts, and internal announcements
- Support leadership by developing PowerPoint presentations, briefing documents, and talking points
- Manage and maintain editorial calendars and Gantt charts to ensure timely content delivery
- Create and coordinate visual storytelling assets such as presentations, graphics, and videos
- Act as a liaison between the Transformation Office and project teams to support communication strategies
- Coordinate internal events including town halls, workshops, and meetings (virtual and in-person)
- Manage and publish content across internal digital platforms ensuring accuracy and accessibility
- Support development of communication playbooks and transformation initiatives
- Assist in planning and execution of engagement campaigns aligned with organizational goals
Required Skills:
- 4–7 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, HR communications, or content marketing
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
- Strong PowerPoint skills with an eye for presentation design and storytelling
- Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Strong understanding of corporate environments and stakeholder collaboration
- Good project management skills with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with SharePoint and internal communication platforms
- Familiarity with Adobe Campaign, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign), or Canva
- Experience with newsletter or email marketing platforms
- Exposure to data-driven communication or finance-related storytelling
- Experience working in large or global organizations
Education:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
