Our well known client in the entertainment industry is looking for an Associate, Global Promotions and Brand Product to join their team for 2+ months with the potential to extend. The Associate Global Promotions and Brand Product role provides tactical support across a large and diverse portfolio of projects. This position supports more than 30 active initiatives and helps ensure smooth execution through organization, communication, and coordination. Responsibilities include tracking sales data, maintaining promotional materials and guidelines, managing product samples, scheduling meetings, maintaining databases, preparing reports, supporting social requests, and communicating with internal and external partners.
Responsibilities: - Prospect new business through email outreach.
- Customize pitch materials and support presentations as needed.
- Research and respond to partner and licensee requests.
- Maintain calendars and project trackers on a weekly basis.
- Oversee meeting scheduling and manage agendas.
- Input public relations, social support, and newsletter requests.
- Collect product samples and manage sample requests and inventory.
- Update and share promotional guidelines with partners.
- Create and process deal point memos and related documentation.
- Support global promotions program execution under the guidance of leadership, including providing scope clarity and approvals when needed.
- Collect forecasts, accruals, and royalty statements.
- Onboard new licensees and partners.
- Manage non disclosure agreements and event or trade show invitations.
- Assist with additional projects as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements: - Three or more years of experience in Consumer Products, Licensing, Promotions, or Partnerships is required. Entertainment experience is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of licensing or marketing and promotions, with strong curiosity and willingness to learn.
- Highly detail oriented, organized, self motivated, and coachable.
- Able to create and deliver clear pitches and presentations.
- Comfortable managing a very high volume of projects, prioritizing work, and meeting critical deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems proactively.
- Strong team player with proven communication and cross functional collaboration skills.
- Proficient in common office and project management software.
- Design software experience is a plus.
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
