About us
We are a privately held, vertically integrated platform operating a portfolio of brands across real estate investment, hospitality, software, and development:
- Kasu Capital. A real estate investment fund serving accredited investors and institutional LPs. Kasu Resorts. A hospitality brand operating short-term rental properties direct to travelers.
- RevWhisper. An AI-powered revenue performance service for short-term rental Property Managers.
- TBROS / Sozul. Development and property management arms supporting the broader portfolio.
Each brand has a distinct audience (institutional LPs, travelers, STR operators, B2B partners) and its own voice, channels, and conversion targets. Behind the brands sit the personal brands of the principals, which are core to how we attract investors, partners, and operators. We are looking for a leader to build our internal media company from the ground up. A content engine capable of producing high-quality, on-brand work at scale across the portfolio.
The role
You are the founding leader of our internal media company. You own content strategy and production across every brand in our portfolio, including the personal brands of the principals. You set the direction, you ship the work, and you grow with the engine as it grows.
This is a hands-on, player-coach role. You will be deep in the work daily: writing briefs, editing copy, running the QA pass, prompting Claude, building video timelines, and pulling a small team along with you. You will work with a small in-house team and a couple of contracted VAs. The expectation is leverage, not headcount.
By the end of year one, the engine you design is shipping 100+ pieces per week across the portfolio at a documented quality bar that holds as volume scales. Each brand has a distinct voice, a published brand book, and a prompt library that lets the team produce on-brand work without you reviewing every word. Each principal has a growing personal-brand presence driving measurable inbound. A working attribution model ties content to business outcomes (LP inquiries, direct bookings, software demos, partnership leads), and the engine is documented well enough that the calendar doesn't slip when you take a week off.
If building an internal media company from the ground up, with the speed of a small team and the reach of a portfolio, sounds like the right challenge, we should talk.
What you will own
Strategy across the portfolio
Set quarterly content strategy for each brand and each principal, mapped to business goals (capital raised, bookings, MRR, partnerships, audience growth). Define and maintain brand voice, audience definitions, content pillars, and editorial standards for every brand. Make sure no two brands sound the same. Decide channel mix per brand (long-form video, short-form social, newsletter, podcast, blog, sales collateral, investor communications) and the publishing cadence on each. Translate the principals' expertise into ongoing personal-brand content that builds authority and drives inbound to the company brands.
Production, hands on
Run the content engine end-to-end: ideation, SME knowledge capture, briefing, production, atomization (cascade), publishing, measurement, feedback. Own the publishing calendar across all brands and channels. Direct the in-house team and contracted VAs to maximum leverage. You decide what they do, you brief them, you review their output, you keep them productive. Operate a modern AI tool stack as a core part of your daily craft (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Descript, ElevenLabs, and similar tools across writing, image, video, audio, and automation). When you hit a scaling problem, your default move is to automate, template, or sharpen the prompt. Build and continuously improve the prompt libraries, brand voice documents, knowledge bases, and SOPs that let a small team produce at high volume without quality drift.
Quality, compliance, and brand safety
Serve as the final editorial gate for everything that goes out under any of our brands. Nothing publishes that you would not personally sign your name to. Operate the QA / compliance layer across regulated (Kasu Capital) and consumer-facing (Kasu Resorts, RevWhisper) brands, including review checklists, forbidden-phrase libraries, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints. Keep us on the right side of platform policies (YouTube originality, FTC / AI disclosure, securities marketing rules) as those policies evolve.
Measurement and improvement
Define and report on the KPI set per brand: reach, engagement, list growth, qualified leads, bookings, accredited-investor inquiries, demo requests, partner inbound. Run a weekly review of what worked and what didn't, encode winning patterns back into the engine, and kill what isn't converting. Own attribution from content to pipeline as far down the funnel as the data allows.
Who you are
Required
- Experienced in content, brand, editorial, or media, with demonstrated ownership of outcomes, even if you have not held a formal "Head of" title yet. We care about what you have accomplished, not what was on your business card.
- Player-coach: equally a strategist and a maker. You can write the brief, write the copy, edit the video, run the QA pass, and also defend a quarterly strategy in front of leadership.
- Strong affinity for AI tools, and ideally already deep on them. You reach for Claude, ChatGPT, Descript, and the rest of the stack instinctively as a way to do more with less. If you are not yet an expert, you are visibly hungry to become one.
- High initiative. You do not wait to be told what to do. When you see something that needs to be built, fixed, or shipped, you do it.
- High confidence and high conviction. You can defend your editorial calls, push back when needed, and lead the team without needing constant reassurance.
- Continuous learner. You are actively reading, testing new tools, refining prompts, and looking for the next 10x improvement. The best operator on this stack a year from now is going to look different from the best operator today, and you intend to be that person both times.
- "Do a lot with a little" mentality. Constraint is a feature, not an obstacle. You see a small team plus a deep AI stack as the chance to punch well above your weight.
- Based in the greater Miami area. We are open to candidates anywhere in South Florida (Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach), with the understanding that we operate on Eastern Time and will gather in person periodically.
Strongly preferred
- Demonstrated track record building social media presence and driving measurable results through it: audience growth, engagement, inbound, conversions.
- Experience producing personal-brand content for founders, executives, or other principals.
- Comfort with workflow automation tools (Make.com, Zapier, n8n) and analytics platforms.
Compensation and growth
- Base salary: USD $85,000 to $115,000, with stretch to $130,000 for an exceptional candidate. Final offer based on demonstrated outcomes, not just years of experience.
- Performance bonus: 10 to 20% of base, tied to defined content KPIs and contribution to brand-level business outcomes.
- Growth path: This is a foundational seat. As the internal media company proves itself and the engine compounds, the scope and upside of the role compound with it, including the potential for equity, profit share, or carry participation as you grow into broader ownership.
- Additional: Tools and software budget, professional development budget.
- Work model: Fully remote, based in the greater Miami area. We operate on Eastern Time. Expect periodic in-person gatherings for recording days, leadership offsites, and team working sessions. Typically a few days per quarter, with travel covered.
