As a
Subscriber Retention Coordinator at our headquarters in
Minneapolis MN, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining and strengthening relationships with our existing customers through targeted marketing campaigns and optimizing technical subscription operations. You'll work closely with our strategy, design and production teams to execute engaging content, optimize user journeys and reduce friction in the renewal process that drives customer loyalty and lifetime value.

You will have the opportunity to build on our AI workflows and seek out opportunities to optimize and create efficiencies, enabling humans to spend more time on critical work and less time on routine tasks.
Responsibilities
- Test and optimize subscription elements including pricing, save interventions and reduce payment and technical friction.
- Track test results and analyze user data to find areas of opportunity.
- Produce targeted on-site promotional campaigns around upgrades, user subscription experience and upgrade opportunities.
- Create customer segmentation and targeting strategies to ensure relevant, personalized communications.
- Utilize AI to find optimizations in our marketing, data and subscription interventions.
- Produce email marketing campaigns, product updates, and promotional communications.
- Monitor campaign performance and create detailed reports on key metrics including customer retention rate, engagement, and ROI.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with a subscription product, or relevant experience.
- Proficient with MS Office suite.
- Experience with reporting and analytics tools, familiarity with AI tools, ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and processes.
- Self-starter who is resourceful and highly organized, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data, identify issues, and support effective solutions.
- Strong communication and writing skills with exposure to segmentation, personalization, and hands-on experience executing campaigns.
- Highly adaptable with ability to manage multiple competing priorities and make decisions within scope of authority.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and experience using AI tools to identify and optimize opportunities strongly preferred.
- Must be currently legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status, 0-1, TM, CPT, OPT, etc.). We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
Compensation Range
The compensation range for this position is $26.45--$28.84/hour.
Compensation for the role will depend on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
