Marketing Content Coordinator — Key Responsibilities
Client-Facing Content
- Own case studies from drafting through approval.
- Help shape go-to-market plans for sales collateral.
- Keep success stories, testimonials, and proof points organized and current.
- Support one-pagers, service overviews, and other marketing assets.
Marketing Content & Communications Support
- Write and edit copy across webpages, blogs, newsletters, internal comms, and sales enablement.
- Support blog and newsletter development.
- Maintain grammar, formatting, and brand consistency across content.
- Own internal content — announcements, leadership comms, employee newsletters, team updates.
- Help shift the mix toward more externally focused, sales-supporting content.
Social Media & Content Creation
- Draft and proof on-brand content for blogs, email, and social.
- Help run leadership social accounts with a more external, targeted focus.
- Support planning and monitoring of paid social, alongside outreach to set sales meetings.
- Repurpose content into social posts aligned to campaigns, sales priorities, and brand voice.
- Partner with the Social Media Strategist on cross-platform content.
- Provide light community engagement support as needed.
- Maintain a library of approved social assets.
Marketing Operations & Coordination
- Keep project folders, trackers, and docs organized.
- Support award submissions and recognition opportunities.
- Track Sigstr email banner scheduling and analytics.
- Help coordinate execution across digital channels and track each channel's contribution to meetings and pipeline.
Research & Marketing Support
- Research competitors, trends, and content opportunities to inform strategy.
- Support earned media and PR by identifying outlets and submission opportunities.
- Contribute ideas and research for future campaigns.
- Provide marketing support for industry conferences and event outreach.
Team Collaboration & Growth
- Partner with marketing, sales, and leadership to keep content aligned with business goals.
- Participate in brainstorming, planning, and team meetings.
- Stay curious about new tools and processes.
- Support ad hoc marketing and admin projects as needed.
