A global consumer products organization is seeking a Communications & Engagement Consultant to support a high-visibility transformation function within North America. Communications & Engagement Consultant (Contract)
Location: Hybrid Schedule – 3 days onsite / 2 days remote
Compensation: $50/hour
Employment Type: Contract / Temporary
Work Model: Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote) - 40 hours a week
Pay Rate: $50/hour
You will partner closely with leadership and transformation teams to help communicate strategic initiatives across a large, matrixed organization. What You’ll Be Doing
Internal Communications & Content Development
- Draft and edit internal newsletters, intranet content, employee communications, FAQs, talking points, video scripts, and leadership messaging
- Create communications plans that support enterprise initiatives and organizational transformation efforts
- Help simplify complex topics into engaging, employee-friendly content
Storytelling & Presentation Support
- Develop executive-level PowerPoint presentations and briefing materials
- Translate data, business updates, and transformation initiatives into compelling visual narratives
- Support presentation design with a strong eye for layout, messaging, and storytelling
Project & Change Support
- Assist with communications playbook development and activation across projects
- Partner with project teams to support rollout strategies and employee engagement efforts
- Maintain editorial calendars, project timelines, and communication schedules
- Adapt quickly as priorities evolve across multiple initiatives
Event Coordination & Engagement
- Support planning and execution of internal meetings, town halls, workshops, and quarterly events
- Coordinate logistics, agendas, run-of-show materials, and stakeholder communications
- Help deliver engaging employee experiences across virtual and in-person environments
Platform & Content Management
- Publish and maintain content across internal communication platforms
- Ensure resources remain current, accessible, and aligned to transformation milestones

- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, InDesign, Canva, or Adobe Campaign is a plus
