SuperOps is building AI-native IT operations software for MSPs and internal IT teams and we're looking for someone to help us show up loud and consistently in the market. We want someone with the range to work across social, content, and brand someone who understands how modern attention works, moves fast, uses AI tools intelligently, and can turn ideas into distribution at scale.
We're a small, high-output Brand & Content team running brand campaigns, thought leadership programs, executive content, PR, and a community publication. There's a lot going on, and this role will be close to all of it.
What you'll do
- Own day-to-day social execution across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and TikTok
- Repurpose long-form content interviews, reports, webinars into platform-native assets across channels
- Spot trends and surface content angles that are relevant to our ICP
- Support executive and founder thought leadership workflows
- Help build repeatable social and content systems
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, freelancers, and internal stakeholders to ship quickly
- Track conversations, creators, and content opportunities across AI, SaaS, startups, and IT
- Report on social performance weekly and pull insights that improve output and reach
- Support TOFU content production blog posts, newsletters, social series, short-form video scripts and help maintain brand and editorial consistency across assets
What we're looking for
- 1–3 years of experience in social, brand, content, media, startup marketing, or creator ecosystems
- Deep familiarity with internet culture and platform behavior
- Strong content instincts and understanding of distribution
- Ability to adapt content across formats and channels
- Fast execution and strong ownership
- AI-native working style
- Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
- Eye for design you don't need to be a designer, but you can brief one well and spot when something's off
- Organised and detail-oriented. You can juggle multiple content tracks without dropping deadlines
- Genuinely curious about AI, tech, or the IT industry not a prerequisite, but it helps a lot
Bonus points if you
- Run a side project, creator account, newsletter, meme page, or online community
- Have experience with short-form video workflows
- Can show us content you've created and explain why it worked
- Have worked in B2B SaaS, AI, media, or startup environments
Tools you may work with
ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Notion, Canva, Figma, CapCut, video clipping/editing tools, CMS and scheduling platforms.
