We are looking for an Analytics Manager who understands how data drives editorial growth, audience behavior, executive engagement, and commercial performance across digital media.
This role sits at the intersection of analytics, SEO, audience strategy, AI search visibility, and executive media intelligence.
What You’ll Do
• Own website, content, and campaign analytics across editorial, newsletter, SEO, social, and paid channels
• Build dashboards and reporting systems for leadership, editorial, and growth teams
• Analyze executive audience behavior, engagement patterns, retention, and conversion funnels
• Track performance across AI search engines, Google Search, LinkedIn, newsletters, and referral ecosystems
• Identify high-performing content themes across AI leadership, enterprise technology, cybersecurity, venture capital, and executive hiring
• Monitor traffic attribution, user journeys, and conversion paths across forms, subscriptions, and inbound leads
• Partner with editorial and SEO teams to improve organic visibility and search performance
• Work closely with growth and advertising teams on campaign measurement and ROI analysis
• Develop audience segmentation strategies for C-suite readers, enterprise decision-makers, and investors
• Create executive-level reporting with actionable insights and strategic recommendations
• Analyze trends across media consumption, AI search behavior, and emerging discovery platforms
• Support experimentation across content formats, landing pages, newsletter growth, and conversion optimization
What We’re Looking For
• 3+ years in analytics, digital media analytics, audience insights, growth analytics, or business intelligence
• Strong experience with GA4, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, Microsoft Clarity, LinkedIn Analytics, or similar tools
• Understanding of SEO, AI search visibility, content analytics, and audience growth strategies
• Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights
• Experience working with editorial, content, media, or publishing environments is a strong plus
• Familiarity with AI, enterprise technology, executive leadership, venture capital, or tech media ecosystems
• Comfortable working in fast-moving digital environments with cross-functional teams
• Strong communication and presentation skills
Nice to Have
• Experience with SQL, BigQuery, Python, or advanced BI tools
• Understanding of attribution modeling and funnel analytics
• Experience analyzing executive or B2B audiences
• Familiarity with AI-driven analytics and predictive audience modeling
