FAENA ROSE
Faena Rose is an exclusive, art and culture-based private members club founded on the principles of art, culture, community, and access. Faena Rose brings together its dynamic community of like-minded innovators, entrepreneurs, industry leaders, artists, and cultural influencers through a year-round calendar of engaging and transformative cultural experiences.
FAENA GROUP
Founded in Argentina by Alan Faena, Faena Group is a pioneering business specializing in the creation of one-of-a-kind holistic environments anchored in cultural experiences and socially responsible projects, ranging from residences and hotels to art and cultural spaces.
OVERVIEW
Faena is a celebrated ultra-luxury experience and one of the most recognized names in hospitality and culture — Faena has already been named Best Hotel Instagram of the Year. Faena Rose upholds the same standard of taste.
This role isn't for everyone. It's for someone with aligned visual expectations, real discipline, and a genuine point of view about what makes content worth watching — not someone chasing views. However, the KPI for this role is follower growth, and the right views are required. You'll work closely with our Creative Director to bring a defined content point of view to life — on time, on brand, to a high standard — while owning the moment-to-moment judgment calls that no strategy deck can anticipate.
For the right person — someone who successfully runs daily execution end-to-end — this position has genuine potential to evolve into a lead creative role as our content operation scales. We're not filling a static job description; we're looking for someone to grow into this role as it evolves.
This is a junior-level position today. What we need is drive, discipline, and taste: someone who wants to learn fast, execute daily, and grow into the role. This is an in-person role, based full-time at Faena in Miami Beach — in the office daily and on-site at the majority of events annually (80+ events).
REPORTING STRUCTURE & KEY PARTNERSHIPS
- Reports to: General Manager or Marketing Manager (day-to-day creative direction from the Creative Director)
- Peer teams: Member Relations, Marketing, Event Production, Cultural Programming
- Direct reports: N/A
- Key collaborators: Marketing Manager, reative Director, Cultural Programming Lead, outside photo/video vendors at large-scale events
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
On-Site Moment Capture
- Serve as the lead moment-capture person at Faena Rose events — the person always hunting for the unplanned moment, not just the shot list.
- Shoot confidently and independently with a gimbal-stabilized camera (DJI Osmo Pocket or similar), and be comfortable with D-log/flat color profiles for proper grading.
- Approach talent, speakers, and patrons for cold intros and candid reflections without hesitation, including in fast-moving, high-profile, not-always-easy-to-manage environments.
- Own the shot list at smaller events; direct and manage outside photo/video teams at larger ones.
- Deliver organized footage to editors immediately following each event.
Editing & Content Production
- Edit short-form content (Reels, Shorts) in Adobe Premiere or equivalent.
- Design YouTube thumbnails, static posts, and carousels in Adobe, Canva, or Figma.
- Build basic graphics and GIFs for our newsletter and support newsletter creation and management.
- Write short-form copy that tells a story or surfaces an idea. Product marketing copy is not what we are looking for. We focus on storytelling and moments.
- Maintain brand-consistent templates for repeatable formats, using AI tools to extend capacity where useful.
Publishing & Channel Management
- Own social media day-to-day in full: content calendar, publishing cadence, and scheduling across Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Post with correct captions, tags, metadata, and YouTube SEO (titles, descriptions, timestamps).
- Manage platform mechanics daily — comments, community response, scheduling tools.
- Run the production workflow in ClickUp: tasks, deadlines, approvals, handoffs.
- Own and continually improve our AI-assisted content workflows — identify where AI tools can extend output quality and speed, and keep pushing that forward.
- Track competitor and industry accounts, staying ahead of platform and algorithm shifts.
- Report weekly on performance (views, reach, engagement, subscriber growth) and platform/trend intelligence, giving management what they need to adjust social and broader marketing strategy in real time.
SKILLS & ABILITIES
- A media production mindset first, a social media skill set second — you think in shots, story arcs, and moments, not in campaigns or CTAs.
- Real experience shooting vertical video of people at live events or in interview settings — not product or food content.
- Comfortable and self-possessed enough to walk up to talent or a high-profile guest and get the shot, unprompted.
- Working knowledge of gimbal operation and D-log or similar flat color profiles.
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere (or equivalent) for short-form editing, and in Adobe, Canva, or Figma for static and carousel design.
- Fluent in how content actually performs on Instagram and YouTube — algorithm behavior, format mechanics, what a scroll-stopping moment looks like — without needing to sell a product or widget anything to get there.
- Hyper-organized: you run on checklists and calendars, and deadlines are not suggestions.
- Attention to details on editing
STRONG PREFERENCES
- Experience with ClickUp or a comparable project management tool — a major plus.
- Experience building and managing a newsletter — a major plus.
- YouTube SEO fluency: titles, descriptions, timestamps, chaptering.
- Color correction experience using LUTs and working in LOG formats — a bonus, not required.
- An eye that catches brand inconsistency before it ships.
- Comfortable taking strong creative direction from a Creative Director with a defined visual point of view and executing it faithfully.
PROACTIVE COMMUNICATION
This team moves fast and the work is interdependent. If something is unclear, delayed, or stuck, we need to know before it becomes a bigger problem — including if the bottleneck is leadership. You raise issues early, ask clarifying questions rather than guess, and are comfortable telling a senior leader “I need a decision on this to move forward.”
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2-4 years of hands-on content creation experience (internships, freelance, or in-house with a camera in hand) — this is a junior role, and we're hiring for taste, discipline, and drive as much as résumé.
- A content portfolio demonstrating both graphic design and video editing work is required to be considered.
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and key event dates — this is an in-person role, on-site at Faena Rose events.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to move safely on uneven terrain or in confined spaces.
- Ability to identify and respond to potential hazards.
- Ability to remain stationary for extended periods.
- Ability to lift or carry up to 40 lbs.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
- 401(k) with employer match.
- Vacation and PTO package.
- Additional employee benefits.
