Senior Communications Specialist
Location: Phoenix, AZ - Onsite
Duration: 12 Months
Pay Rate: $40-$45/hour on W2
We are seeking a Senior Communications Specialist to develop and execute strategic communications supporting a global digital transformation initiative. The ideal candidate will have strong writing, stakeholder management, program management, and technology communications experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global communications strategies and communication plans.
- Create executive communications, newsletters, announcements, success stories, presentations, webinars, and change-management content.
- Translate complex technology, ERP, and digital transformation concepts into clear, audience-friendly messaging.
- Manage communication channels including SharePoint, email campaigns, newsletters, websites, and webinar platforms.
- Support leadership meetings, webinars, product launches, and major events.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, business leaders, technology teams, and regional stakeholders.
- Manage content calendars, distribution lists, publishing schedules, and communication governance.
- Track communication KPIs, engagement, open rates, click-through rates, and webinar participation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, PR, Journalism, Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 7+ years of strategic communications experience.
- Strong writing, editing, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Experience with executive/leadership communications.
- Experience managing large-scale communications and multiple channels.
- Strong stakeholder management and project management skills.
- Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with digital transformation, ERP, SaaS, or enterprise technology.
- Familiarity with M365 or enterprise business systems.
- Experience with SharePoint, content management systems, marketing automation, and webinar platforms.
- Experience communicating with global audiences and channel/dealer/partner networks.
- Knowledge of communications analytics and campaign measurement.
