About The Role
The role owns the content engine for a fast-growing technology company: strategy, editorial calendar, production, and performance across blog, web, email, video, and social. The focus is B2B SaaS content that ranks, converts, and supports the full funnel — from top-of-funnel SEO articles to product launch assets and customer stories.
This is a high-visibility role that sits at the intersection of brand, demand generation, and product marketing. The content produced here directly feeds sales enablement, paid campaigns, and organic growth, and its impact is measured in traffic, engagement, and pipeline contribution.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the editorial calendar and content strategy across blog, web, email, video, and social channels
- Write and edit high-quality assets: SEO blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, landing pages, product messaging, and sales collateral
- Manage SEO strategy end-to-end: keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO coordination, and backlink initiatives
- Collaborate with product marketing, sales, and design to ship launch content and enablement materials on schedule
- Build and manage a freelance writer network and agency relationships; brief, edit, and QA all external work
- Track content performance using GA4, Search Console, and marketing automation data; report on traffic, conversions, and pipeline influence
- Run the company blog and LinkedIn presence, including distribution strategy and repurposing long-form content into short-form assets
What We Are Looking For
- 4-6 years of content marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology
- Strong writing portfolio with examples of long-form content that drove measurable traffic or pipeline
- Hands-on SEO expertise: keyword research tools (Ahrefs, Semrush), on-page optimization, and SERP strategy
- Experience with a CMS (WordPress or similar), marketing automation (HubSpot or Marketo), and analytics (GA4, Search Console)
- Track record of managing freelance writers and agencies to deadlines and quality bars
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or equivalent practical experience
- Bonus: video production or scriptwriting skills, experience with AI writing tools and editorial workflows, or a technical background that makes complex product topics easy to explain
