Role Summary
This role owns Breethly’s day-to-day social execution and community operations, translating executive-led strategy and approved creative direction into consistent, high-quality output.
You will publish and manage content across platforms, maintain brand consistency and clarity, and handle community engagement and newsletters with discipline and follow-through.
The role operationalizes Breethly’s brand so it is recognizable, trusted, and consistently represented across social and community touchpoints.
Core Responsibilities
Social Media Publishing & Operations
- Execute the executive-led social plan across Instagram, TikTok, X, Meta, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Build and maintain the weekly content calendar (posts, stories, reels, threads)
- Publish on schedule and manage drafts and approvals
- Monitor comments, DMs, and mentions and respond or escalate using approved messaging guidelines
- Track weekly performance metrics including reach, saves, shares, and clicks
Content Production & Copywriting
- Turn executive direction into finished content including captions, scripts, hooks, and calls to action
- Draft and edit content that is clear, credible, and aligned with Breethly’s brand voice
- Repurpose long-form inputs such as product updates, science insights, or internal calls into multiple short-form pieces
- Maintain a living content library of top-performing posts, reusable captions, FAQs, and disclaimers
Creative Coordination & Asset Execution
- Translate brand guidelines into ready-to-publish social layouts and lightweight creative
- Brief designers when higher-production assets are needed and manage revisions through completion
- Ensure every post meets visual quality standards including formatting, typography, and consistency
- Coordinate with web, product, and design teams to ensure accuracy in visuals used for launches and announcements
Community Engagement & Support
- Manage day-to-day engagement with the Breethly community
- Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions
- Run community engagement moments such as polls, Q&As, and prompts
- Support Kickstarter and early backer communication
- Maintain and update a response playbook including tone, FAQs, and escalation paths
Launch & Rollout Execution
- Execute social rollouts for product launches, updates, milestones, and announcements
- Build launch timelines including assets, copy, approvals, and posting schedules
- Coordinate with product and engineering to confirm accuracy before publishing
- Maintain launch asset folders and write post-launch recaps
Brand Consistency & Web Support
- QA social and community-facing touchpoints for brand clarity and consistency
- Flag broken links, outdated messaging, or mismatched visuals
- Support web updates by supplying aligned social copy and assets when needed
Intern Management & Workflow
- Assign weekly tasks to the Social Media Intern
- Review and edit intern work to ensure quality and brand alignment
- Maintain simple systems including templates, checklists, and folder organization
Community Newsletters & Updates
- Draft and send newsletters to Kickstarter backers and subscribers
- Convert internal updates into clear and engaging emails
- Coordinate inputs with product, engineering, and leadership teams
- Maintain newsletter templates, lists, and a consistent sending cadence

- Comfortable managing multiple platforms and conversations simultaneously
- Interest in wellness, performance, and human optimization

Compensation
This role is currently equity-only.
As an early team member, you will receive meaningful equity ownership in Breethly and the opportunity to help shape the brand and community from the ground up.
We are looking for someone excited to build something ambitious and mission-driven.
As Breethly grows and funding milestones are reached, this role is expected to transition into a paid position with salary and expanded responsibility.
