Job Overview
The Lifecycle Marketing Specialist plays a critical role in MediVera’s growth by building and optimizing the CRM programs and written communications that turn prospects into loyal partners. This position owns HubSpot lifecycle campaigns, email marketing, and automation workflows that support both licensed prescribers and telehealth platform partners. You will combine strategic thinking, strong writing skills, and data-driven optimization to improve conversion, retention, and the overall partner experience.
Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, this role is key to scaling our marketing effectiveness as we expand our telehealth and wellness footprint.
Job Responsibilities:
- Own HubSpot lifecycle programs end-to-end — including audience segmentation, workflow architecture, enrollment logic, and deliverability — while demonstrating respect for all partners and maintaining the highest standards of compliance.
- Build and optimize multi-stage email sequences across the full partner journey (awareness, onboarding, activation, re-engagement, and retention), taking pride in everything you do by delivering clear, professional, and effective communications.
- Identify drop-off points in the prescriber and telehealth partner funnel and design targeted interventions to improve conversion, embracing a growth mindset to continuously test and refine every campaign.
- Develop A/B testing frameworks and analyze performance to improve open rates, click-through rates, and response rates, working your hardest to drive measurable results.
- Build re-engagement and win-back programs using behavioral signals and engagement data while displaying positive team spirit through close collaboration with sales, operations, and compliance teams.
- Write, edit, and deploy all marketing emails and newsletters, producing a recurring provider-facing newsletter that delivers clinical education, compounding updates, and MediVera highlights with excellence and clarity.
- Maintain list hygiene, contact segmentation, and compliance with CAN-SPAM and healthcare communication standards.
Attributes & Skills
- 2–4 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, email marketing, or a hybrid CRM-and-writing role.
- Hands-on HubSpot Marketing Hub experience, including workflows, sequences, smart lists, lead scoring, and reporting.
- A writing portfolio with at least 3–5 samples of marketing emails, newsletters, or sequences you wrote and shipped.
- Ability to interpret campaign performance data and make optimization decisions.
- Working knowledge of email deliverability fundamentals, including sender reputation, authentication, and list hygiene.
- Familiarity with CAN-SPAM and basic healthcare marketing compliance.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to translate complex clinical and operational content into clear, credible prose.
- Strong analytical skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
- Proactive, solutions-oriented approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in HubSpot Marketing Hub is required, including experience with workflows, sequences, smart lists, lead scoring, and reporting. Proficiency with Google Workspace is also required. Comfort working alongside AI tools (such as Claude) for content creation, campaign assets, and performance reporting is expected.
This job description reflects our commitment to have respect for all, take pride in everything you do, embrace a growth mindset, work your hardest, and display positive team spirit in all aspects of our organization.
