Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute provider-targeted communications strategies to enhance engagement and referral growth.
• Manage the monthly provider newsletter, including content creation, editing, and distribution.
• Act as the primary liaison between sales teams and branding/creative teams to align marketing goals.
• Oversee the production of marketing collateral such as flyers, advertisements, videos, and booth assets.
• Edit video materials and ensure they adhere to approved templates and branding guidelines.
• Lead the creation and implementation of communication and marketing plans.
• Conduct audits of website content, identifying opportunities for updates and improvements.
• Collaborate with Web Services on content management to optimize online resources.

Responsibilities:
- Support Marketing and Communication efforts for referring providers
- Leading Communication to drive engagement and growth
- Own the monthly provider newsletter, including content development, writing, editing, and final execution.
- Serve as the liaison between client services, sales, and creative teams.
- Manage marketing deliverables such as flyers, advertising materials, videos, and booth assets.
- Ensure all work follows brand guidelines with strong attention to detail.
- Consult on and help lead communication and marketing plans.
- Conduct website audits focused on content updates and improvements, working directly with web developer teams.
- Track and communicate channel performance to show impact and return on investment.
Qualifications
- Background as a marketing or communications professional within a healthcare or health-focused environment
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑channel communication initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and audiences
- Strong project management expertise across multiple levels of an organization, and ability to meet simultaneous deadlines that require reversions and oversight.
- Demonstrated experience writing for both print and digital channels, including newsletters, flyers, brochures, websites, blogs, and related materials
- Solid understanding of Associated Press (AP) style, with the ability to maintain editorial consistency and adhere to brand and graphic standards
- Hands-on experience with photography and image editing tools, such as Adobe Photoshop or similar software
- Working knowledge of web content management systems and basic HTML
- Experience developing inclusive messaging with an equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) lens, including familiarity with concepts such as unconscious/implicit bias and social determinants of health
- Ability to provide strategic marketing and communications guidance and support to senior leaders
- Skilled in writing for diverse audience types and varying health literacy levels
- Experience analyzing data and insights to inform communications strategies and decision-making.
