The Role
We are hiring a Content & Digital Marketing Manager—a key hire to take Cascade into its next phase of growth through our thought leadership content, video, and digital channels.
You’ll deliver content with speed and excellence—running and optimizing our social (organic and paid), website, and video presence as we grow. At the same time, you’ll build the infrastructure: an AI-native Content Supply Chain and your own team of AI agents that scale what’s possible.
At Cascade, this role owns:
- Driving SEO/AEO/GEO strategy and gatekeeping its execution
- Running our organic and paid social channels
- Continuously optimizing our website
- Leading our video strategy and production
- Running our newsletter and nurture programs
- Driving A/B testing and experimentation across landing pages, forms, CTAs, and emails
- Generating content (planned and rapid-response, short-form and long-form) and delivering it through a multi-channel approach
- Building and executing an AI-native Content Supply Chain
You’re the facilitator of our thought leadership—bringing together ideas from the CEO, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, synthesizing them into a coherent point of view, and translating it into content that meets our growth objectives and shapes our brand. You activate it across SEO/AEO/GEO, organic and paid social, the website, and video, powered by an AI-native Content Supply Chain behind it.

What You’ll Do
Search & AI Engine Visibility (SEO / AEO / GEO)
- Own SEO, AEO, and GEO end-to-end. Drive how Cascade gets found and cited across the major AI answer engines and AI Overviews.
- Run keyword and query research, competitive gap analysis, and topic clustering tied to buyer intent across HR, IT, and Operations.
- Optimize content for search and AI visibility: on-page SEO, structured data, metadata, internal linking, and AEO/GEO best practices.
- Act as the gatekeeper for SEO/AEO across all content. Every piece we publish should be reviewed against our search and AI visibility standards before it ships.
- Build a measurable program with clear targets—keyword rankings, organic traffic, AI citation share, and pipeline contribution.
- Stay at the frontier of how AI search is changing discovery, and adapt our approach as the landscape evolves.
Organic & Paid Social
- Own organic social strategy and execution across LinkedIn and emerging channels. Grow Cascade’s presence with enterprise HR, IT, and Operations leaders.
- Own paid social execution—campaign setup, audience targeting, creative testing, and performance optimization on LinkedIn and emerging channels—to extend the reach of our best content.
- Activate founders, executives, and customers as voices in the conversation. Help them show up consistently and authentically.
- Partner with Demand Gen to amplify content through PR, webinars, and events so the right people see it at the right time.
Website Optimization & A/B Testing
- Own the website end to end: day-to-day maintenance, content updates, page builds, and ongoing optimization. Keep it sharp, current, and continuously improving.
- Activate content through the website. Every piece of content should have a home, a clear path to conversion, and a plan to drive traffic to it.
- Partner with Design on new pages, landing pages, and campaign-specific experiences. Own site structure, information architecture, navigation, and internal linking.
- Run a continuous A/B testing program across landing pages, forms, CTAs, and emails. Bias toward shipping experiments, measuring outcomes, and learning fast.
- Keep the website aligned with current messaging and product positioning, in lockstep with Product Marketing.
Content Execution & Activation
- Partner with marketing leadership, Product Marketing, and founders on thought leadership—then translate it into channel-ready content: blog, longform, web copy, landing pages, video, email, and social.
- Produce both short-form and long-form content at the volume Cascade needs—from quick-turn blog posts and social content to research-grade longform.
- Keep a pulse on the market and surface rapid response opportunities—alongside leadership. Turn greenlit POVs into compelling, on-brand content within hours, using AI-assisted workflows built for both speed and quality.
- Run our newsletter end to end: editorial planning, writing, sending, performance tracking, and list growth. Keep open rates and engagement strong as the list scales.
- Build a derivative content system that multiplies the reach of every source piece. One longform spins off into a web page, a blog post, a LinkedIn series, a video clip, and a search-optimized answer asset.
- Maintain a living content inventory. Track what’s performing, refresh what’s stale, retire what’s not, and flag gaps back to leadership.
- Write with clarity for enterprise HR, IT, and Operations audiences, making AI concepts accessible without sacrificing insight or nuance.
Video & Multimedia
- Lead Cascade’s video strategy across short-form and long-form formats—explainers, demos, customer stories, social clips, founder-led content, and event capture.
- Partner with Product Marketing, customers, and the founders on what to film, how to script it, and how to distribute it.
- Build a repeatable production rhythm: scope, script, shoot (or coordinate filming), edit, and ship—consistently.
- Use AI-assisted tools for editing, captions, repurposing, and scaled distribution across channels.
- AI-Native Operations & Content Supply Chain
- Build Cascade’s Content Supply Chain: a repeatable, AI-assisted production engine that takes content from approved direction through production, distribution, optimization, and measurement with minimal friction.
- Build AI-assisted workflows and AI agents across the lifecycle. Use AI to accelerate production, repurposing, localization, SEO/AEO/GEO optimization, social adaptation, video editing, and performance analysis.
- Track performance across search, social, website, video, and content. Use reporting to show what’s driving traffic, engagement, citation share, and pipeline contribution. Use data to decide what we double down on and what we cut.
About You
- 2–5+ years in digital marketing, content marketing, product marketing, or a hybrid role, preferably in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.
- Scientist mindset. You bias toward shipping experiments, measuring outcomes, and iterating fast—not waiting for the perfect plan.
- Comfortable producing both short-form and long-form content at speed.
- Proven SEO track record. You’ve owned a program, moved rankings, and can talk through your approach to keyword strategy, on-page optimization, and technical SEO.
- Working knowledge of AEO and GEO. You understand how LLM-based search differs from traditional search and have a point of view on how to win in both.
- Hands-on website experience. You’ve owned a B2B site end to end or been the primary operator—comfortable with CMS platforms (WordPress or similar), page builds, CRO, and web analytics.
- Hands-on with SEO/analytics tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, GA4 or similar).
- Experience running organic social, particularly LinkedIn for B2B audiences.
- Comfortable with video and multimedia. You can scope, script, and manage production—even if you’re not the videographer yourself.
- Demonstrated fluency with AI tools for content production, optimization, and distribution. Strong bonus if you’ve built AI-assisted workflows, run an AI-native content operation, or designed AI agents that automate marketing tasks.
- Adept working cross-functionally with product marketing, demand gen, design, and sales.
What Success Looks Like
- SEO/AEO/GEO baseline established within 30 days, with a prioritized roadmap and clear targets.
- Organic traffic and keyword rankings moving up within the first quarter. Measurable citations in AI answer engines for priority queries.
- Predictable, steady social and blog publishing rhythm established within 60 days.
- Newsletter program running smoothly with growing open rates and list size.
- Rapid response capability operational within 60 days: when a relevant moment hits and leadership greenlights a POV, Cascade publishes it the same day.
- Website continuously optimized—refreshed content, improved conversion paths, and new pages shipped on cadence.
- A/B testing program live, with at least one active experiment running on the site or in emails at any given time.
- Video production rhythm established with consistent short- and long-form content shipping each month.
- Content inventory and audit completed, with a clear map of top-performing content per persona and gaps to flag back to leadership.
