We’re looking for a motivated Summer Marketing & Administrative Intern who wants real-world experience inside a fast-moving professional services firm, and an opportunity to contribute meaningfully from day one. The position will be based out of our Portland office, and the successful candidate will have access to a desk and laptop.
What You’ll DoThis role blends marketing, operations, and administrative support. Responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with newsletter creation and content development
- Supporting website updates, blog publishing and social media (particularly LinkedIn)
- Drafting and editing marketing materials and client and prospective client communications
- Conducting market and industry research
- Helping manage CRM and contact databases
- Assisting with new client acquisition and onboarding
- Office administration activities as directed by the team
- Providing general administrative and organizational support to attorneys
You won’t just observe, you’ll help build systems and projects that clients actually see.
What We’re Looking For
Current graduate student (Marketing, Business, Communications, Journalism, or related field preferred)
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Comfortable learning new software and tools quickly
- Professional, reliable, and proactive
- Interest in entrepreneurship, startups, or business strategy is a plus
