Role Description
This is a Part-time, on-site role for a Creative Marketing Coordinator located in Peachtree Corners, GA. This role will be based out of our Community District. The Creative Brand Coordinator will approach the responsibilities to elevate the customer experience. These service-led skills while greeting clients and visitors, responding to inquiries, organizing client events, helping keep the showroom present always in top condition, and providing opportunity support all while focusing on OC’s client experience.
The Creative Brand Coordinator is also responsible for building and maintaining the brand image, identifying new opportunities to communicate and promote messaging, leading the digital presence for the OC Collection of brands and align with the HNI suite of product offerings while ensuring that the efforts align with the overall company objectives.
The Creative Brand Coordinator will not only build and nurture relationships outside of the organization with potential clients but also provide support internally for our team to ensure the highest quality culture and deliverables are reflective as a leader in the furnishings industry.
This position is responsible for consistently demonstrating the Office Creations Core Values and delivering the OC Client Experience with each client.

• Strategic Marketing Expertise - Proven ability to develop and execute brand strategies that align with business objectives and core values.
• Brand Execution Experience - Track record of building, maintaining, and evolving a brand's reputation across multiple channels.
• Project & Campaign Execution - Strong organizational skills to oversee complex initiatives from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration - Experience partnering effectively with leadership, sales, creative/design, and operations teams.
• Event & Experience Execution - Background in planning and executing corporate events, client experiences, and business development initiatives.
• Content Development & Marketing Communications - Skilled in crafting compelling content for proposals, RFPs, presentations, and digital platforms.
• Analytical & Performance Tracking Skills - Ability to interpret marketing metrics, ROI, and financial data to inform decision-making.
